Welcome to Clean Cans. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Clean Cans provides professional trash bin cleaning services for residential and select commercial customers.

Services are available on a recurring or one-time basis, including monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual plans.

All services include cleaning and sanitizing up to two bins unless otherwise specified. Additional bins are subject to additional charges based on your selected plan.

2. Scheduling & Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring bins are empty and accessible on the scheduled service day.

  • Bins should be left out after your regular trash pickup

  • If bins are not accessible, service may be skipped

  • A $20 visit fee may apply if service cannot be completed

Service is performed based on route scheduling, and exact service times are not guaranteed.

Service dates may be adjusted due to weather, holidays, or changes in local trash collection schedules. Customers will be notified of any changes.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, and check.

For recurring services, a valid payment method must be kept on file. Failure to complete payment may result in paused or cancelled service.

4. Subscription & Cancellation

Recurring services automatically continue based on the selected plan.

  • You may cancel your service at any time

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $20 cancellation fee

  • If service is attempted but cannot be completed, a $20 visit fee may apply

Cancellation after the first completed service may result in a one-time service charge.

5. Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

  • A re-clean or partial refund may be offered at our discretion

  • No refunds will be issued for missed services due to inaccessible or unprepared bins

6. Service Results

Our cleaning process is designed to significantly reduce odors, bacteria, and pests.

However, results may vary depending on usage and environmental conditions. No guarantee of complete odor or pest elimination is implied.

7. Pricing

Prices are subject to change at any time.

Customers will be notified of any pricing changes prior to their next scheduled service. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of updated pricing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clean Cans is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions of bins or surrounding areas.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
